I read about an Orange Leaf promotion for April 15 where you could load a cup for a flat rate of $4.15, I went there only to find out that the franchisea,of his own accord, decided not to participate in the corporate promotion and "give away yogurt. I have been there many times before and found the owner pretty arrogant. While the yogurt is among the best tasting yogurts, with a good variety of flavors, I feel angry and deceived when an owner unilaterally decided he know better than the corporate executives and not to participate in their promotion. It makes me also wonder what other hidden means of saving money, he may employ. The yogurt is 69¢ an ounce, somewhat higher than most. This store owner needs to discover that he can lose a lot of business for not providing a little yogurt a little additional yogurt on a one day promotion. Based upon some previous reviews, this owner is not cut out for this sort of business, I hope corporate takes steps from preventing this from happening in the future, as it damages the Orange Leaf brand.

Well, I didn't read the review prior to mine until now. The yogurt I had did not look like swamp water. In fact, it was pretty good. Banana, white chocolate strawberry, orange, and peanut butter yogurt isn't too shabby for a Monday afternoon snack, huh? It got topped with white chocolate chips, strawberries, peanuts, and pineapple. Don't take my creation if you want something different. There are a bunch of different flavors and toppings you can choose from when you want to get your sweet on. The lady behind the counter was actually pretty nice. I guess the guy who wrote the review before me had a bad experience. Thankfully, I had a much better experience and saved myself a trip to Publix right next door to get a pint of yogurt.

Terrible. And it is all because of the service. The man that seems to own this location is horrible. Hopefully people realize it is a franchise and don't give up on all locations! He needs to get into a less customer driven industry.

The guy behind the counter was completely rude and was actually name calling at his customers. Never mind the yogurt looks like swamp water. I'd rather go buy a pint of yogurt at Publix then ever walk in there again.

I don't see why everyone is talking crap about this place. It is a nice quick grab n' go frozen yogurt place. The guy behind the counter was pretty nice. They have good toppings. Though they could have some more yogurt favors but beside that it is pretty darn good. I highly recommend this place

Went to Orange Leaf today 3.4.15 at 345pm. Wow big mistake. The person behind the counter apparently doesn't like kids, treated our child poorly and watching the kid like a hawk waiting for him to make a mess and confronting our child directly every step of the way. If she was not the owner, she must have been unnoticed by the owner for sometime because who could work in an ice cream store with expensive ice cream yet act so disrespectful to our children. Shame on you.

If you go in there and the owner Randy is there do yourself a favor and walk right out!!! He is the rudest most obnoxious business owner I have ever met!!! You'd think he doesn't need the business the way he treats his customers!!! Will NEVER give him one more penny!!! You've been warned!!!!
